Each dish is a journey through the regions of Italy: from fresh and imported pasta to artisanal preserves, from cured meats aged according to ancient methods to cheeses imported directly from small local Italian producers.
The menu is constantly evolving with new proposals and compositions of ingredients, sometimes unexpected, to enhance the freshness and flavours, many of which are sourced from organic crops or selected suppliers in Italy to ensure quality and authenticity in every course.
Accompanying the gastronomic experience is an extensive and sophisticated wine list: we offer well-known and lesser-known but surprising wines from indigenous grape varieties that are often forgotten but have extraordinary personality. With more than 450 varieties of wine grapes in Italy, we are committed to enhancing this enological biodiversity, offering our guests the chance to discover rare, unique wines that are deeply linked to the territory.
